American Chopper profiles the lives of New York natives Paul Teutul Sr. and son Paul Jr. of Orange County Choppers (OCC), creators of the world's most outrageous custom motorcycles. Follow the day-to-day drama of this volatile father and son team as they battle impossible deadlines – and each other – to push the envelope of motorcycle design and fabrication.The guys head to Wendy's headquarters in Dublin, Ohio to cook up ideas for their next project: a meaty chopper for the famous burger chain. Feeling inspired, Paulie sets out to create a bike with all of the toppings – including a frame built entirely in-house, which proves to be a challenge. But when Junior drops his TIG welder for a cell phone and eventually leaves work early, Senior starts to sizzle. With time running out, the race is on to finish the bike in time for the auction to benefit the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption.
